Canino is the native cultivar coming from Tuscia.
Our single variety Canino is a medium-fruity olive oil.
Intense green color with golden hues.
It is rich in polyphenols and it's characterised by notes of bitter and spicy of medium intensity and notes of artichoke leaf.
The taste reveals the typical feeling of fresh olive accompanied by freshly mown grass with background hints of green almond.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Bruschetta, omelette, fried fish, legumes appetizer, salmon salad, seafood cooked in foil, tomatoes au gratin, grilled vegetables, asparagus soups, pasta and rice dishes with vegetables, baked bluefish, red meats and game based dishes, fresh cheese and pasta filata cheese, a teaspoon in baby's meal.

This extra virgin olive oil contains an extremely high amount of poliphenols with hints of bitter and spicy.
Medium fruity taste with fairly intense scent and sweet round taste accompanied by a slight bitter thistle of medium intensity, followed by a mild hot sensation perceived at the beginning of throat.

bruschetta, omelette, fried white meat, shellfish starters, bluefish au gratin, spaghetti with cured tuna roe, carpaccio and red meat tartare, tuna salad, bean soups, first dishes with ragu, omatoes au gratin, grilled vegetables, asparagus soups, pasta and rice dishes with vegetables, vegetables au gratin, baked red meats and game based dishes, seasoned cheese and hard cheese, mozzarella buffalo, a teaspoon in baby's meal.
