Company history

We are a small, family-run farm, born from a deep desire to breathe new life into a precious heritage: the land lovingly and devotedly cultivated by our grandparents in the heart of the Alta Tuscia region of Lazio.

In the late 1990s, driven by a strong connection to our roots, we decided to reclaim the long-abandoned family land. That marked the beginning of an ambitious and passionate project: to restore our historic olive groves, passed down through generations and overlooking the shores of Lake Bolsena, in an unspoiled corner where Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany meet.

We began extensive land restoration, cared for each tree with patience and respect, adopted sustainable practices, and wholeheartedly embraced organic farming. Producing organic extra virgin olive oil for us is not only a commitment to quality — it is a true act of love for nature and our territory.

Today, many of our olive trees — some centuries old — are once again producing an authentic, fruity oil, celebrated both nationally and internationally. It embodies our family’s history, passion, and knowledge.

A land that nourishes the soul.

On the hills of Grotte di Castro, in the heart of Lazio’s Alta Tuscia, our olive oil is born from a land rich in history and beauty. Just steps from Lake Bolsena and surrounded by the silent remnants of the ancient Etruscan civilization, we cultivate over 3,000 olive trees using natural and organic methods.

Here, the volcanic soil — low in limestone but rich in valuable minerals — gives our extra virgin olive oil a unique profile: balanced, complex, and deeply connected to the landscape.
Each tree is tended by hand, in harmony with the rhythms of the land, preserving the identity of an authentic and generous territory.

I grew up breathing in the scent of olive trees, listening to the seasons through the soul of this land. Today, I carry this vision forward with the same respect — but with new tools.

The values that guide us aren’t written on a wall; they live in our daily gestures: care, attentiveness, responsibility.

We believe in the ethics of agricultural work, in the beauty of things done well, in the quiet strength of nature. We don’t chase quantity, but honest quality — the kind that’s born from conscious choices, transparency, and a sustainable balance with the landscape that surrounds us.

We produce olive oil because it is the noblest fruit of this dialogue. An oil that is not just flavor, but liquid memory, cultural expression, and an act of love.

At our Company, extra virgin olive oil is not just the final result — it is the fruit of a rigorous, meticulous, and deeply mindful process.

We cultivate over 3,000 olive trees in the heart of Tuscia, on volcanic soils naturally rich in nutrients. Every stage of production is followed with artisanal care: from precise pruning and organic monitoring of the trees to early hand harvesting, carried out only at the ideal moment of ripeness.

The olives are cold-pressed within hours of being picked to preserve their freshness and nutritional properties. Our oil is the result of technical precision, agronomic expertise, and complete control of the production chain — offering a product with a superior, clean, stable, and character-rich organoleptic profile.

Every bottle reflects our commitment to quality, food safety, and deep respect for the raw material.
